‘Where Your Health Matters’

From the beginning of October 2025 we will be using a new online system for booking all routine doctors appointments and for all routine medical or admin queries. The new system will make sure everyone gets the right care at the right time with the right person.

NHS APP service is still to be used for prescription requests.  Please be advised, prescription requests take up to 48 working hours to be processed.

Out of Hours

If you need urgent medical advice between the hours of 6.30 pm – 8 am weekdays, during weekends or on Bank Holidays – please telephone 111.

NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do. For children under 5 call 111
