Important Patient Information

Monarch Medical Centre are migrating to a new Clinical System on the 16.08.2022. In order for this to happen there will be some system down time between 10.08.2022 -16.08.2022.

If patients require a prescription between 10.08.2022 – 16.08.2022 we ask you request this one week earlier so the process of getting your prescription will be smoother.

If patients have access to online services, you will not be able to use this between the following dates: 10.08.2022-16.08.2022.

We ask all patients to be patient with us when we are migrating over to the new Clinical system as there may be some errors that occur along the way.

If any patient’s have any questions please contact the Reception Team and they will be happy to answer any of your questions.

In addition, If you had access to online services prior to the migration, you will have lost access.

If you are unable to access your online account, please contact the practice who will be able to advise you on what to do next.
