The practice runs a computerised appointment system between 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday. Emergency appointments will be seen on the day by telephoning the practice between 08:30 – 09:00am.
The receptionists are here to help you, therefore they may need to ask you the reason for consultation as the practice offers a number of options for appointments which may be appropriate. Any information shared with our receptionists is done so in the strictest confidence.
All patient records are computerised which ensures that whichever Doctor you see they will have up to date information about your medical history. Patients may request to see a specific doctor and will be informed if the doctor is not available.
Please remember, one appointment per patient. If more than one member of the family needs to be seen, make one appointment for each person.
